Billy Brightwell Award
A perpetual trophy will be given in the
memory of Billy Brightwell, a long
standing member of the JIYC,
avid fisherman and supporter of this
tournament. This award is given
each year to a person who
exemplified the spirit of sport fishing.

These specialized 75 ft. Gladding and Hearn
Aluminum boats are true ocean machines.
Two people will ride the Pilot boat offshore and
observe Pilots climbing onboard ships.
Observers will enjoy true Pilot Boat fare as well.
Winners will spend the day onboard seeing
the Port at work. Weather and
timing condsiderations will be made
once a winner is drawn.
Weekends and Weekdays are permitted.
All proceeds from the raffle are bding donated to
the Special Olympics Sailing Regatta held at JIYC.
