The DNR had representatives at the tournament collecting samples from the
Trout that were caught. For each fish that the DNR sampled, the angler recieved at ticket for a chance to win a new rod and reel. Keith Card was this tournament's winner! So, what ARE those crazy DNR people doing t our fish? |
